and negotiate all contracts, terms and conditions. Once an offer is accepted, an escrow will
be opened and the buyer will deposit a check in the escrow.

We will be present at all inspections - During the escrow the buyer will perform
and approve inspections and will review and approve disclosures. The buyer's
lender will appraise your house. We will be present at all inspections. You
