Cheryl is nearly a Bay Area native residing in Sausalito since 1975, and loving life in beautiful Marin County.  Cheryl first entered the world of real estate in 1977 practicing as a Marin Realtor, but stepped away for many years to pursue entrepreneurship of several Sausalito businesses which she later sold. Cheryl's developed business sense, oriented around client service, has made her return to the real estate profession in the past 8+ years a true benefit.  Cheryl listens attentively to her clients, and is known to be patient, thorough and detail oriented, and very efficient with problem solving which leads to successful negotiating. Along with these attributes, Cheryl knows how to maintain a calm demeanor which supports the well being of her clients, and their unique, individual needs, to make the process of buying or selling a much smoother event.
